Day 01 : Delhi / Agra (203 Kms/ approx. 4 ½ hrs)

Morning
depart for Agra (4.30 hours drive). Upon arrival proceed to the Taj Mahal
(Friday closed) - the architectural modern day wonder of the world, built by
Emperor Shahjehan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
After that visit to Agra Fort - stands on the banks of the river Yamuna
making itself quite dominant in the whole area. Designed and built by Akbar
in 1565 A.D., the fort is surrounded by a 70 foot high wall. It houses the
beautiful Pearl Mosque and numerous palaces including the Jahangiri Mahal,
Diwan-i-khas, Diwan-i-Am and Moti Masjid. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 02 : Agra / Jaipur (232 Kms/ approx. 5 ½ hrs)
Morning proceed to visit Fatehpur Sikri (45 kms and 01 hour drive). This
town was built by the Mughal Emperor, Akbar. He had planned this city as his
capital but shortage of water compelled him to abandon the city. Fatehpur
Sikri is the best example of the culmination of Hindu and architecture of
Muslim.
Later drive to
Jaipur - the pink city of Rajasthan,
Settled in the rugged hills of the Aravallis, Jaipur is the pristine jewel
in the desert sands of Rajasthan. The city that once had been the capital of
the royalty, now serves as the capital city of Rajasthan. The very structure
of Jaipur resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal family. This city
is known for its many palaces and forts, which are a major attraction for
tourists to Rajasthan. On arrival Jaipur, transfer to hotel for relaxation.

Day 03 : Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber Fort capital of the old state of
Dhundhar, located on the rugged hills that surround Jaipur. Painted
elephants will take you up the hill to admire the massive getaways, courts,
stairways and pillared pavilions and palaces that recall the glory and
wealth of Ambers association with the Mughals.
Afternoon city sightseeing visiting the City Palace Museum (still houses
the erstwhile royal family) Jantar Mantar the Royal Obervatory and
Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) built for the Royal ladies to watch the
activities on the market street below without being observed themselves.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 04 : Jaipur / Delhi (235 kms / approx 5 ½ hrs)
Drive back to Delhi airport to connect flight for onward destination.
